Or do they?

In our quest for the best, we often forget that settling for something "enough" might just be the secret sauce for a happy and healthy lifestyle. After all, does having the best car or the best job automatically mean the best life?

Considering we're all uniquely wired by our life experiences, the concept of "best" is different for everyone. That's why there's an overwhelming array of options out there.

Now, let's talk daily routines. If you've scrolled through TikTok or Instagram lately, you've probably seen an abundance of "Day in the Life" content. Morning routines, self-care practices – the algorithm knows our interests well.

Maybe you're here wondering about the best daily routine to boost your healthy lifestyle. You want to lead a life as happy and healthy as the folks on your feed (thanks, algorithm!).

Crafting a routine for a joyful and healthy life is a personal journey, but let's look at these general tips:

Are their things that can be hard & fast for you?

Sure - no caffeine, no alcohol, no hard drugs - maybe that's black and white.

But realistically, we spend most of our time in the grey - the liminal space.

A land I'm learning to live in frankly.

The important point really being - you have to find what works for you.

Use the world of social media as inspiration. Trial. Experiment. Give it a go. But waking at 5am every day might not be your thing. Just like running isn't. Or having crafting hobbies... just me?

Anyway, the beauty of life is that you get to decide. You get to be in charge.
